Terms &policies

01Introduction

These terms apply to every project you order from 15 Seconds Ads (“we”, “us”), a photography and videography studio in Vancouver, BC. By booking a shoot or ordering a service, you agree to them.

02Our services

We provide videography, photography, content creation and SEO. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of your project are set out in your quote or proposal, which forms part of these terms.

03Your responsibilities

You are responsible for access to locations, any permits you need, and for making sure people and property shown in your content have agreed to appear.

04Ownership & usage rights

Once paid in full, you may use the final deliverables for the purposes agreed in your quote. We keep the copyright in raw footage and may show the work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to in writing.

05Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

06Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
